Reminder:
Dear Customer,
We will be doing a planned maintenance on our API infrastructure. This will be done in the following window:
Start: Saturday 20th July 12:00 AM AEST (Friday 19th July 14:00 UTC) End: Saturday 20th July 12:30 AM AEST (Friday 19th July 14:30 UTC)
As part of the maintenance, there is a planned outage of 5 minutes, during this downtime, API customers will not be able to send message for the 5-minute duration. Reporting endpoints will not be affected.
During this outage, outbound messaging services beyond the API will continue to operate throughout the duration of the downtime, all other web portal functionalities, including message sending and receiving, remain unaffected.
