Resolved

On December 13th, 9:45 AEDT, we experienced message delivery delays for approximately 15 minutes. Users experienced a temporary interruption in normal messaging flows.

Impact:
- Messages delivery was delayed and queued during this period.
- The 15-minute disruption resulted in a temporary interruption in the real-time communication flow.

Resolution:
- A fix was implemented returning normal services, and message delivery returned to standard operating levels.
