We will endeavour to avoid service outages while we complete the upgrade; however, there will be a maintenance period between 8pm and midnight on Sunday November 8 which may require an interruption to the SMS Broadcast service.

Important notice for API users and customers using webhooks

The previous fixed IP address for the API endpoint will change from the date of the upgrade. This means you should connect to and whitelist the domain “api.smsbroadcast.com.au“ in any firewall configuration rather than the IP address 119.9.24.202. This must be changed before the maintenance period on Sunday November 8.

Additionally, if you receive Inbound SMS or Status Updates to your own software or endpoint URL, you should ensure the following IP addresses are whitelisted in your firewall configurations:
