Rackspace require us to carry out a physical migration of our primary database server on 18th November 2019.
A total outage of 30mins is expected to take place during the 2 hour maintenance period while we restore our services.
During the outage, all messaging services will be unavailable, including:
- Web portal access
- API & Advanced API
- Inbound messages
Any requests to our API, SMPP or Email2SMS during the outage will not be processed and an error code will be received.
Any messages scheduled to be sent during the outage will be sent directly following the outage.
Any inbound messages received during the outage will be forwarded to configured email/webhooks directly following the outage.
